Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing. Flat rate: $5.00 (free on orders over $30).

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing. Rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

• SCI Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, holiday volume).
